UP Government took a positive step by establishing a medical university by the name Atal Bihar Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU). It is considered one of its kind in the entire India. The importance of medical field education has come to the focus especially in the context of Covid pandemic.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University is government University run by the Government of Uttar Pradesh (India). It was established in 2020, although 2018 was the initial year the process started. It has government and private run colleges as affiliates. The University offers affiliation to medical, dental, paramedical and nursing colleges.
ABVMU became function from the academic year 2021-22 with the transit campus in Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow. There are more than 60 government and private colleges affiliated to ABVMU.

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University has made all its admission procedure online. The candidates have to login to the official website of the university https://abvmuup.edu.in. You will be able to see application forms for various courses as and when it is announced. You may click on it and enter the basic personal and educational details in the given places. You will have to upload your passport size phone and signature as well. On completing it, you need to pay the required fees and click the submit button. On doing this, your form will be submitted and you may take the printout of your application form.
The same process can be used for applying for ABVMU UP BSc Nursing Entrance Exam Admission 2022.
